
The Jews of Color Initiative (JoCI) is thrilled to launch a new pilot program, the JoCI Philanthropy Fellowship! This unique program will recruit and prepare new grantmakers of color to step into important positions of influence in the Jewish philanthropic space. This 12-month program also supports placement, working to create a pipeline to Jewish philanthropic roles for a more racially equitable and representative Jewish communal ecosystem.
This program offers a unique opportunity to work within the JoCI and gain experience in the Jewish communal philanthropic ecosystem through a racial equity framework. This Fellowship provides extensive training, professional development, a strong network, and access to the world of grantmaking through the only national philanthropic fund laser-focused on Jews of Color.
