SLBC International Conference: Strengthening Leadership, Belonging, and Community is a national Jewish leadership conference held annually in St. Louis, bringing together nearly 600 Jewish leaders and learners including rabbis, cantors, Jewish educators, teens, and young adults of all denominations. In 2026, more than 70 Jews of Color participated in the conference, elevating JoC educators and presenters, supporting emerging JoC leaders through mentorship and year-round leadership development, and strengthening relationships among JoC individuals and organizations across the broader Jewish community.
