Shwayder Camp embarks on an initiative to design a robust JoC community and leadership pipeline supporting equitable, values-driven growth within their camp community in the Denver region. In this region of the country, there are few programs specifically designed to support Jews of Color, creating a gap in opportunities for community and developing a sense of belonging in the Jewish community.
