Shades of Belonging is building on its research into the experiences of Jewish adoptees of color to develop data-informed programming that addresses the needs of JoC adoptees. Through focus groups and a pilot Jewish Adoptee of Color Circle, the project brings JoC adoptees together to shape the work, build connection and belonging, and explore new ways to support community building.
