Keshet’s Shorashim Young Adult Leadership Cohort is a leadership development program for LGBTQ+ Jews of Color (QJOC) ages 18 to 25. Through virtual sessions, mentorship, and an in-person retreat, cohort members will build leadership, professional development, program planning, and facilitation skills while learning from and connecting with QJOC leaders and peers. Participants will put these skills into practice by working together to plan and bring a Flowers for Our People event to life in Boston on January 17, 2027, taking the program from idea to reality.
