Jewish Connection Network Baltimore is launching a Peer Engagement Fellowship that supports relationship-based outreach, peer connection, and community-building among underrepresented communities in Baltimore. JoCI funding supports the Fellowship’s JoC-focused fellow, who will build relationships with Jews of Color and their families and help bring their experiences and perspectives into local Jewish communal life. The project will also help develop a model for more intentionally engaging Jews of Color that can be adapted by Jewish communities in other regions.
