Chavurot is launching a dedicated leadership development cohort, in partnership with the Jewish Social Justice Roundtable, for Jews of Color working full-time in DEI roles across the Jewish communal field. The 18-month cohort will bring together 8-12 leaders for peer learning, professional development, and relationship-building, creating a space where participants can strengthen their leadership, feel less professionally isolated, and build lasting connections with others doing this work.
